大晦日です。
もう、今年も終わりやん。
早いもんやね～

それでは、思い出　その３は、前回の続き。
京の割烹から。

080922　京都　「割烹　やました」　＜京都の料亭 割烹特集－３＞

9月17日　訪問：

木屋町通り、御池の少し北側でした。


長いカウンター、１５席。


炊き合わせ：蛸旨煮、蛸の子、小芋、ミニおくら、栗

蛸の子、いい食感やった。

焼き物：鯛の幽庵焼、網脂巻き


柚子の香りの風味豊かな焼き鯛に、豚の網脂という意外な組み合わせ！

ジューシイな旨み♪

揚げ物：笹鰈の唐揚げ


じっくり揚げられたカレイは頭からぜーんぶ食べられた！


品数も料亭に遜色なし！
料理はシンプルながら味わい深し。
なんといってもオネダンがリーズナボー♪
6,300円で9品の懐石ランチ、自腹で来られますよ～

9月28日　訪問：

「京料理三昧」のラストは、四条烏丸の南。
京料理「木乃婦」さん、きのぶ、と読みます。



ガラス越しにお庭が望める個室。街中やけどさすが料亭やん。
カーペット敷き、円卓、掘りごたつ式とモダン！

八寸：いちじくコンポート、餅銀杏、　焼き松したし、とろ握り、
甘酢生姜、松風、渋皮栗寒露、子持ち鮎


しょっぱなからスゴイ内容やったわ。

甘いもんから松茸まで。


とろ握りは絶品！八寸からこれには驚き～

焼物：子持ち鮎炭火焼、酢蓮根

ぷっくり、はみ出た卵、香ばしく焼かれてウマア～！！


たで酢でアタマからがぶりと丸ごと♪

小鍋：フカヒレ、胡麻豆腐、九条葱、露生姜

炭火に置かれた小鍋です。


シニアソムリエの資格をお持ちの三代目考案の創作料理。

伝統があるのに新しいねん。
ワインの品揃えも多く、ワイン献立もあるらしい。
お寿司もあるし、デザートも充実してまっす！
