080821 「ラーメン 虎と龍」 堺・新金岡

今年のお盆休み、ワケありであんまりどこへも行けず・・・
で、地元周辺ネタが多くなってます。マイナーでごめんな～（汗

今回は同じ堺でも、めずらしい場所。
新金岡～北花田地区と言えばええんかな。

街道沿いの路面店のラーメン屋さん。
名前もいかつい、「虎と龍」！
本格博多ラーメンながら、姫路で人気のお店の堺店？？やとか。

ハデ目な外観～

まだオープンからは半年弱かな。

入ってみましょ！

昼ビール、瓶で。

オーダーは、

チャーシューがどんぶりフチを埋め尽くす、
「豪快チャーシューとんこつラーメン」！！

色合いさびしいんでトッピング～。


麺の硬さはバリかた、かた、やわらかめと選べる。
博多っ子はバリかたが好きやね、ぼくはかためで。

どーれ、

お、なかなか本格派～な印象の「自家製極細ストレート麺」。

チャーシュー、「自家製やわらかしっとり」が特徴とか。

薄めやけど、フチに10枚、中に2枚。ええやん！

替え玉もあります。150円で♪
スープは国産トンコツ使用でクセもなくオイシイよ。
紅しょうが、高菜もまた入れて、しっかりいただきました♪
満腹・・・ですわ。

このお店、最近リンクさせてもらったブログ「俺の空　-大阪食べ歩き放浪- 」で見つけました。
同じ堺市民のタマゴローはん、堺情報ほかまた利用さしてもらいまっせ～。

お店は元焼肉屋さん、テーブルもそのまんまやった。
