080726 「珉珉（みんみん）虹の町店 」 難波

昭和28年、大阪・千日前にて創業した餃子でおなじみの「珉珉（みんみん）」。
大阪で餃子といえば、王将派と珉珉（みんみん）派に分かれたもんやね。

細かく言えば、王将も京都王将、大阪王将とあるし、
珉珉（みんみん）も、なんば千日前を発祥とする珉珉（みんみん）本店と
あべのの珉珉（みんみん）なんかはまた系列が違うみたいやわ・・・
ややこしいね！

今回は「珉珉（みんみん）本店」グループのお店。「虹の町店」やん。
今は「なんばウォーク」という呼び名もふつうになって「虹の町」の
ほうがなつかしいカンジがするんは、トシのせい？




高校生時分からの親友とミナミで会い、ちょっと昼ビール。カンパイ！

餃子は皮がとろけるようになめらかで、焼き目はパリッと香ばしい。
それはみんみんが強力粉１００％にこだわるからで、
じっくり寝かせて皮の旨味も引き出している。
口に運ぶとじんわりしみ出す具の旨さ。
みんみんの餃子は白菜をたっぷり使用するのが特徴で、豚肉、羊、ニンニクなどの
18種類の具材とあいまって、絶妙な味のバランスが保たれている。

使う油は、このために特注された最高級の落花生油。
いくつ食べても飽きがこず、味はやわらか。次から次へと手が伸びるおいしさなのだ。
餃子の具材はミンチにするため、Ｂ級品を使っても見た目には変わらない。
しかし、みんみんはそれを決してしない。ここが料理人の心意気なのだ。

春雨の何たら？メニュー名忘れました。


この後も居酒屋系をハシゴするつもりで食べ物はほどほどに。
半額の生ビールはもちろんおかわりしましたよん！

虹の街…わたくしもこの呼び名の方がしっくりきますわ。
やっぱり歳のせいですね（笑）
このあたりは夜な夜な徘徊しておりますよ。
でも昼ビールはなかなか飲む機会がありません。
わたくし餃子は王将よりも眠眠に行くことが多いですわ。
