080630 「甲州麺」 寺田町

この日は休み。ちょっと所用で天王寺に。
ランチに足を伸ばして、寺田町まで行きました。

ぶらぶら歩いて決めたんがここ。「甲州麺」。


去年の11月にできた新しいお店。

店内はこんなん。


得意？の昼ビールから。（休みやからね！

瓶エビスやん♪

甲州の麺、ゆうたら「ほうとう」やろ。

いっぺん、山梨、甲府で食べたことがある。
味噌仕立てで野菜ばっかたーっぷり。
その麺は、麺というより帯、みたいやったん思いだしたわ～！
麺というより「すいとん」に近いカンジやった・・・

その「ほうとう」を大阪でも受け入れられるよう
工夫したんが「甲州麺」。ここのオリジナルらしいねん。

その「甲州麺」の定食版を。


「ミニ甲州麺」＋鮭レモンバター焼き＋ライス、漬物。
これで850円。

ほうとうよりおとなしめ、きしめんのような平打ち麺。


うすあげ・カボチャ・えのき・豚肉・白菜・玉ねぎ・大根・煮干し等々・・・

野菜がいっぱい入ってヘルシーなお汁。

鮭も脂のって美味しい。サーモントラウト？


ここは大阪王将系のお店。
オーナーさんが山梨の出身で、郷土食の「ほうとう」を関西でも
広めたいと試行錯誤して作った「甲州麺」のお店。
今のところ、ここ１店舗のみらしい。

なかなか、ええんとちゃう？
野菜がいっぱい食べられてヘルシーやもん♪

ほうとうも小鍋ならいいかもしれません。
以前に山梨で食べた時は、食べても食べても大振りのカボチャが登場し、しかもいつまでも熱く、途中で飽きてしまった記憶があります。
