080629 「Salud！（サルー）」 糸屋町

えー、日曜の特別サービス。
本日、２回目のアップでぇーす！（ヒマか・・・

とびとびのレポートになりますが・・・

「味自慢　四季」でビールと二品だけのチョイ飲みの後。
よさげなスペインバルの情報をもらいまして
さあてどんなもん？とやって参りました～。

場所は谷町四丁目駅から歩いて約８分ほど。
糸屋町というトコロらしい。

スペインバル「Ｓａｌｕｄ！（サルー）」。

まだ早めの時間、お店は

こんなカンジ。この時は空いてますがすぐに満杯でしたよ～。

女性お二人でやられてます。
だからかお客さんも女性が多かったわ。

「オンナひとりでふらりと入れる酒場がないね」、という飲み友達との共通の悩みがきっかけで、
“女性おひとり様大歓迎”なバルをオープン。

奥の小さなテーブルに陣取って、まずは白ワイン。

ハウスワインを500ｍｌのデキャンタで。1450円、リーズナボーッ！！

お料理は、ポテトサラダ・アリオリ。


※　Aliアリ＝ニンニク、Oliオリ＝オイルって事で、
このソースはニンニクとオリーブオイルだけで作るのが正統派らしい。
マヨ入りがポピュラーなのでは？？

そしてトルティーリャ。

スペイン風オムレツ♪

メインっぽいお料理は

ローストビーフちゃん！


こいつもアリオリソースと粒コショウで食べます～。ウマアイ！！

とーぜんワインも赤に。

またもデキャンタ500ｍｌ、ハウスワインやん。

では、土鍋料理を。

モツ煮込みスペイン風～。


出ました、トリッパ（ハチノス）。大好きホルモン系やん♪

白パンももらお。

こいつでソースも拭って食べないとね。

もう一品、土鍋。

野菜たーっぷりの卵料理、フラメンカエッグ、やって。

なんかワインがススム料理ばっかやわー。
他にも、

オリーブとイベリコのサラミ！

最後は小魚のフリット（フライ）。

ワカサギ、やった。レモンしぼって、ええお味。

一気呵成に食べ飲みまくり～。ワインは赤デキャンタ500ｍｌ追加したよな？
確か。二人で1.5Ｌ飲みました。まー標準量かな・・・（爆

料理もタパス（小皿）で３００円～、土鍋モンで５００円～とええカンジ♪

いやあ、いいお店でした。
ここは再訪も早い予感が・・・

で、この後行ったんが、前の記事「スナック北浜」のパーティ・・・
よー飲むなあ。

バルは大阪でもここ数年大人気ですね。
サルー、入りやすい店で私も好きです。
男性同士でこの付近ならエルポニエンテ系列や西天満のエフなんかが飲みやすいかもしれませんね～～！！
