071028 「バー ローズブーケ（Bar Rose Bouquet ）」 神戸・三宮

久しぶりに神戸で飲みましてん。いつものように最初はショットバーからでしたわ。

お連れの年下の友人が探してくれたバー。
酒場の切り絵で有名な成田一徹さんも行かれたという、
「バー　ローズブーケ（Bar Rose Bouquet ）」 。


場所は生田神社の西、ホテルモントレーの北。
ちょっとわかりにくい場所、いいカンジの隠れ家的なお店や。

カクテルでは1998年HBA、Jws共催カクテルコンペティション全国大会優勝の
肩書きを持つマスター、細谷さんのお店。すごいね！
人当たりもよく、上品な方でしたわ。

まずはビール。初めて飲んだ「アウグスビール」。

おお国産やねんな、プレミアムビールやね。

「ドイツの大麦麦芽100％とチェコのアロマホップと福島磐梯山系の天然水から造られています。
香味、コク味、苦味の絶妙なバランスの中にビール本来の味わいを感じることが出来る、
贅沢で美味しい正統派の無ろ過樽出しビールです。」
その通りで、美味しかったヨ。

お店はすんごくいい雰囲気です。

きれいやね。

丹波黒の枝豆。ちょうどシーズンやわ。

二杯めはジンリッキー。ジンはタンカレーを。

コースターもおしゃれ。

おかきとナッツなんぞの乾きモンももらいました。

やっぱり、最近はシングルモルトが人気、こちらにもこだわりのある銘柄がおありとか。
しっかし、なぜか目にとまったバーボン、「オールドエズラ15年」を。

ワイングラスのよーなグラスに氷ひとつ入れたスタイルのオンザロックで。
香り、コクがよーくわかる（気がする）わ．．．

カウンターの向こうにはグラスがたくさん。バカラもあるよ。

神戸はイキなバーが多いね。とってもステキなお店でした！

私、最近知ったのですが・・・。
枝豆をずーと畑にほかっていると大豆になるの！
枝豆は、大豆なの・・・！　　今だに信じられないの！
だって、枝豆と大豆は、別物だと思った・・・！
大豆を早摘みすると枝豆なのです。

三宮あたりまでなかなか行ってません。（家=堺です）
でも、神戸生まれ（小5まで芦屋！）なんで思い入れは
とーっても強いんです！
