080330 お家でご飯のメニューいろいろ･･･

雨の日曜日。
わりとぼーっと過ごしました。寒かったしね。

最近は飲みに行くのも１２月から２月頃に比べて少なめやねん。
週イチか２回までかな・・・

お家でご飯食べるのがスタンダードやねんよ。
写真も撮ってたりすんねんけど、あんまり紹介してませんねー。

今日はいくつかの定番メニューのご紹介。
何日かに渡ってます。

最初は肉じゃが。

牛肉の旨み、じゃがいものホクホク感。ちょっと甘いめの味付け。


娘は牛肉と玉ねぎ残してご飯にのせて牛丼にして食べるんがお気に入り。

これは？

鶏肉、玉ねぎに卵。おだし薄めの親子丼の具、ってカンジやね。


酒飲みにはこういう別皿モンもいいでしょ。吉野家の牛皿みたいなんやね。

それからある日のメニュー。
まずは煮込みハンバーグ。

トマトソースの酸味がきいてます。お肉は合い挽き、牛と豚の旨みMIXね。

ひじき煮物。


春雨サラダ。


水菜とうす揚げ炊いたん、じゃこ入り。


小鉢ものが充実してますよん。居酒屋風？

晩ご飯はこんなメニューで栄養バランスもええでしょ。しっかりいただいてます！
