080131 「セルパン（Ｓｅｒｐｅｎｔ ）」 北新地

あんまり馴染みのない街やね。大阪、北新地。
それでもバーは何軒か知ってます。

堂島アバンザの近くのビル、その４階。

お店の名は「セルパン」。
カウンターと個室もある。カウンターは広く落ち着いた雰囲気。
照明も落としてあるし、グラスもいいの使ってる。
さりげなくおしゃれで、隠れ家的空間をうまく演出されてると思う。

バーテンダーの山崎氏も、ピシッとスーツを着こなし、ダンディでかっこいいやん。

こないだの「ショコラ＆モルト　セミナー」の夜。
最後にサントリーさんにお連れいただいたお店。
ショコラとモルトウイスキーのマリアージュが実際に楽しめるんや。

だいぶ酔っぱらってて、その時は写真も撮ってなかった。
おまけに電車の時間を気にしてあわてて帰って、傘を置いてきてしまってん。

で、数日おいて傘をもらうついでにちょい飲みしてきました。
食事前の早い時間にね。

ジンリッキー。ジンの銘柄を何にするか聞いてくれた。迷わず、タンカレーと。

暗いんで、ブロガーにはキビシイお店やん･･･

二杯めはカルヴァドス。りんごのブランデーやね。

香りたつように少しグラスを温めてくれた。すごい気遣い。

右に見えるは焼きりんごと、焼き菓子（名前忘れた！）。
お酒にもよく合ってた。
この夜は二杯だけ、軽めで失礼しましたよ。

実はこのお店、夏ごろ一度来たことがある。
おそーい深夜、最後に寄ったお店やったわ。
サントリーさんと来たときはそれに気づいてなかった・・・（酔っ払い！

また、この同じビルの地下には「Bar　Ｋ」もある。
近場には「スパッカアルバータ」や「スリール」も！
ちょっとここらへんはまた来たいとこやね。
