071009 「バール マッティーナ」 肥後橋

日曜しか休めなかった３連休。ブログ更新は休まず毎日やった。ガンバルなあ、われながら。
日曜は堺の洋食「レストラン　こだま」、月曜は中津（豊崎）の和食「味匠　なにわ」とアップ。
どちらもなかなか美味しそうな内容です。皆さん、飛ばさずに見てくださいね。

さてさて、そしてまたまた趣向を変えてイタリアンなワインバー、バールのレポですわ。
ほとんど行ったことない肥後橋周辺。「バール　マッティーナ」や。

リンクしてる「ただ一日を・・・」のやすべえさんの記事見て。
串焼きメインのカウンターだけ、それも立ち飲みのお店。
スピエディーノ（イタリアの串焼き）ってゆうらしい。おしゃれやで～。

生ビールはなんと３５０円、カールズバーグ。

まずは目についた本日のおそうざい「北海道さんまと水なすのマリネ」。

ええやん、北海道と泉州の出会い、イタリアン仕立てやで。600円。

ワインもサッソビアンコをデキャンタで。500ｍｌ、1000円！

黒板メニューもよーさんあって迷うわ。

自家製ソーセージを。

香ばしく焼けて、旨いわあー。350円。

トリッパのトマト煮込み。500円。

ホルモンの「ハチノス」がこうなるねん、大好き。

赤ワインはグラスで。サッソロッソ。350円。

やっぱ焼き物で攻めよ。上ミノ。300円。

そして旨かった！フランス産うずら。350円

オリーブオイルをちょいかけて食べるんがええね。

フィオーレ　デル　ベリーチェ　（Fiore del Belice）、シチリア産。

リストランテのサリーレ、ナポリピッツァのポルタヌォーバ、他にウンゴッチョなど
イタリアンの系列らしいねんけど、ここは立ち飲みな分、安くて気取らんのがすばらしい。
多くのメニュー、一人でやってはんのもスゴイわ。辻さん、おおきに。

ここはちょっと軽めにして、ワインのハシゴと行きますか．．．
