まだオープンから1年足らず。
でも、すでに名も知られたフレンチ・バール。

ブロガー仲間も多くが訪れてますやん！

1月6日　訪問：

前回の続きね。
「ダイワ食堂」からも近いし。
実は以前、飛び込みで行っていっぱいやったお店。
今回は電話で空きを確認、予約しました～

「ブラッスリー　プティ ポー」(Brasserie　Petit Porc)。



テーブル席には女子グループ。カウンターに男性ひとり。
カウンターの奥に陣取れました。


では、ワインでカンパイ♪

ぼくが赤、同行のＳさんは白ね。お店のグラスワイン。

メニューは。

接客もむっちゃカンジいい～

キッシュが焼きたてとか。もらいましょ♪



玉ねぎとベーコン入り。文句なく、ウマアイ！

たこのカルパッチョ。



バジルソース、オリーブオイルで美味しいやん♪

ワインはシラー種。ちょい甘めですがよかったわ。


フォアグラのテリーヌ。

濃厚、味わい豊か～

じゃがいも「インカのめざめ」。

海塩バターでじゃがバタ？　一味違う、フレンチやん！

ピクルス盛り。

シンプルでええわ。

原木椎茸の炭火焼。

身厚でむっちゃ旨いねん。

白ワインも。


お店の名前が「小ぶた」やから、豚肉もね？

沖縄ヤンバル島豚肩肉の炭火焼。

豚って肉の旨みもしっかり、また脂が旨いやん♪

この、はしっこが好きやねん。

お店は照明も明るくて、カジュアルな雰囲気。
9時になったらバータイムとかで、少し暗くなります。

素材にもすんごいこだわり、
野菜や肉もいろんなとこから仕入れてはる。

かわいい奥さん、気さくなシェフ、いいコンビやしー
また、ネダンもむっちゃリーズナボー！！

すんごく気に入りましたよん。
ごちそうさんでした♪
