081210 「広東料理 廣龍」 堺

なぜか中華が続きます～
神戸からこんどは地元、堺ね。

12月7日　訪問：

ＪＲ堺市駅前の堺市文化館ちゅうとこに用があって、
そこの帰りに、前から行きたかった中華屋さんに。

「廣龍」、広東料理のお店～

なかなか有名店で、雑誌なんかでも何度も紹介されてるとか。
たたずまいは下町のフツーの中華屋さんやねん・・・


中はきれいで広いなあ。ええやん♪

お昼終わりの3時にギリで入ってん。実は昼ごはん済みやった！
で、まずはビールね。


メニュー。

ランチは700円であるし、普通っぽいけど、なまこ、あわび、ふかひれ、北京ダックなんかも！
むっちゃ本格中華のメニューも満載やーん、時価！もあるし～

注文したんは、

葱・生姜　炒めそば　600円。
汁そばと焼きそばの中間？名前からは予想外でした。


大好きな香菜、チャーシュー入り。


麺が独特！旨いわぁー。神戸南京町から仕入れてるとか。

実はあとで知りましたが、ここの名物、人気料理らしい！
ええカンしてるやんか・・・

もひとつはシュウマイ、500円。


なかなか美味しそうやん♪

大将が出てきてくれた。
愛想よく腰の低い方でした。ナイス、好印象～
聞けば、化学調味料は一切使ってないとのこと。ええやん。
ますます気に入りました。

南京町の中華料理店で長年勤められて、堺にお店出されたらしい。
地元で神戸に負けないオイシイ中華が堪能できますよ～
これはウレシイ、いいお店発見しましたぁー！！

12月7日に行きはったんですね、私はたまたま12月6日の晩によせてもらい、しっかりたっぷり食べてきました、また後日ブログアップします。ところでここの麺は、神戸の同興楼さんのもので、これがまた本当に美味しい麺なのです。今回は卵入り麺をお食べになっていますが、卵なしの麺、焼きそばに使用されているので、これまた絶品、次回はそれいかがですか？ところで、昨日メ－ルさせてもらったんですが、yahoo.co.jpで迷惑メ－ルが多いので受信拒否設定したたのをわすれていました。もしメ－ルくださっていたならすいません、失礼いたしました。また再度お送りしようと思っています
