081008 シーバスカクテル＠CENDRILLON（サンドリオン） 中津

スコッチウイスキーを使ったカクテルのシリーズ。
「CHIVAS・大阪いいバーご案内」の２軒め～
※１軒めは、シーバスカクテル＠bar BAROQUE shinsaibashi（バー　バロック）

地下鉄は中津駅近く。
あんまりまわりにはお店なんかない辺りやねんけど、
とっても個性豊かなバーがありますねん。

「CENDRILLON」、サンドリオンと読みます。
意味は？なんとシンデレラのフランス語やって！


ドアを開けると螺旋階段が！
ちょっとビックリ。


降りていくと・・・
カウンター７席、テーブル８席の小じんまりとしたスペース。
じっくりゆっくり静かに飲みたいお店やね～。

以前訪れたのは去年の１２月やった。

今回はシーバスリーガルを使ったカクテルを2杯、作ってもらいます。

長身のバーテンダー、新井さんです。


まずは
１杯目：ラスティーネイルクリーム

「ラスティネイル」錆びた釘、やね。
グラスで作るビルドスタイル。
丸氷を入れたグラスに、シーバスリーガルとドランブイクリームリキュールを１：１で。

本来はクリームでないドランブイで作るんやて。

うーん、クリームの濃厚な甘い味わいにしっかりシーバスがからんでいいバランスやね。



甘くて、優しい味わい～
食後に楽しむのにちょうどええカンジやん。

そして
２杯目：シーバス・ロブロイ
「ロブロイ」スコットランドの義賊の名前が由来とか。
スコッチをバーボンかライに替えれば「マンハッタン」になる。

こちらはミキシンググラスを使うステア・スタイル。
シーバスにスイートベルモット、アンゴスチュラ・ビターズ を少し。



ステアしてグラスに。

マラスキーノチェリーを飾れば完成！


では、出来上がりをじっくり観賞♪




なんとも美しい色合い～
ややベルモット多めで甘口仕上げ。
これもシーバスの味わいが豊かなため。
甘さに負けない旨みがあるわあ～

どちらも1300円、チャージは1000円です。

大きな1枚板のカウンター。
適度に落とされた照明。


そこにスポットライトで浮かび上がる美しいカクテル。


ビジュアルにもこだわったいいお店やん。
女性客の割合が多いのもうなづけます。
